Job Description:
• To check and acknowledge receipt of e-mails on a daily basis
• To respond to clients’ requests for cost estimates and required documents for trademark filings
• To report to and update clients on trademark filings and submissions of documents to the Trademark Office
• To check documents received from clients
• To make simple English translations of documents using templates
• To do secretarial work
• To issue invoices 

Skill & Experience:
• A university degree; a BA is preferable
• Good command of English, especially reading and writing
• At least one year’s work experience
